Customer Interaction
Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
Provide detailed information about study programs, application processes, and consultancy services.
Handle inquiries regarding visas, scholarships, and admission requirements.
Guidance and Support
Guide students through the application and admission processes.
Address and resolve any client concerns or issues effectively.
Assist in scheduling consultations with education advisors or counselors.
Data Management
Accurately record client information and inquiries in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads to ensure timely communication.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all interactions meet the company's quality standards.
Stay updated on changes in study programs, visa requirements, and consultancy policies.
Provide feedback to the team to improve services and processes.
Sales and Conversion
Promote the consultancy's services to prospective clients.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for client conversions and follow-ups.
Upsell additional services like test preparation, accommodation assistance, or career counseling.
