The Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving our business growth. They must have a combination of technical understanding, effective communication skills, and a strong sales aen. With a commitment to driving sales and passion for customer service, our SAs help us maintain excellent customer relationships and achieve business growth.
The inbent holding this position would be responsible to:
•Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
•Ensure that an outstanding client experience is delivered at all times and respond to client feedback efficiently.
•Assisting with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience.
•Generating sales leads, taking orders, order fulfillment, packing, inventory management, and ensuring a timely delivery
•Work closely with showroom manager to execute outbound strategies, conduct research and run sales campaigns.
•Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
•Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
•Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
•Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
•Attending sales team meetings, providing insights and strategies to strengthen our sales approach.
•Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter efficiently.
•Tally money in the cash till during the beginning / end of the day.
•Provide daily feedback and updates about operations and products to showroom manager.
•Contribute to the team effort to achieve sales targets and monitor showroom upkeep.
•Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
