We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Immigration Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching monthly sales targets, advising clients on immigration programs, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and respond to new inquiries promptly.
Provide professional immigration consultation, explaining processes, requirements, and available programs.
Attend client meetings (in-person or online) and present suitable vi options.
Close deals through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Guide clients through doentation requirements and the next steps in the process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update client statuses regularly.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth case handling.
Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events when needed.
Stay updated on immigration policies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Represent the company with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of immigration services (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
