Designation: SALES COORDINATOR(Construction field, waterproofing)
Job Description:
o Communicating with clients, customers and sending follow up emails
o Administrative support such as onli registrations, certification, reports and others
o Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone and in-person.
o Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
o Creating and maintaining client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
o Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
o Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to BDM.
Qualification(In details):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience (Construction field).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to prioritize and manage workload,
Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint (Autocad is a plus).
Gender: Female

Salary: 3500 A
