Job Description

1. Receipt of the requirements of the customer service department.
2. Receive and send e-mails.
3. Preparation of quotations.
4. Processing JOB bags.
5. Processing work orders.
6. Taking approvals from clients on the implementation of projects
7. Samples delivery and receipt of.
8. Documenting transactions and customer requests.
9. Follow-up with the Department of Finance and the Department of the organization of work with respect to customers' requests.
10. Follow-up projects within the company even delivered to customers.
