Job Description:
* Assisting Sales team
* Prepare a compile submittal documents for construction projects and coordinate with clients to respond to their comments.
* Track submittals and update status regularly
* Support sales team by providing the required office support in terms of documentation, sample boards, order tracking, etc.
* Follow-up with customers regarding quotations, new orders.
* Understand product specs and support sales team with technical queries when required.
* Follow up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid in a timely manner according to the agreement with various customers
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
* Good knowledge in computer and technically sound.
* Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be willing and able to learn technical aspects of electrical products and services
