Job Description

•Responsible for Sales achievement in given territory in West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameron, Senegal, and other African countries
•Responsible for sales & sales support to channel partners
•Responsibility for a project from sourcing, influencing, collecting bidding documents and soliciting subcontractor estimates. Capable of reading / understanding specifications and prints, generating a proposal, bidding, following up and closing project.
•Will be meeting the consultants to specify the SFFECO range of products
•Will be responsible to specify or register SFFECO products in the Government Department Defence
•Will be meeting the MEP contractor or main contractors to find projects for Channel partners
•Will coordinate with HO for deliveries, pre sales & after sales activities
•Will manage the channel partners
•Follow up customer payment as per agreed terms
•Produce profitable sales growth and customer retention through customer advocacy and pull through sales of existing relationships, as well as prospecting for new customers.
•Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
•Conducts market surveys and competitor analysis as well as targeting potential clients, and expanding the current accounts.
•Provides timely, accurate and complete feedback to the management regarding market, projects, clients, competitors and division performance.
•Provides accurate and clear information to the Technical Design Team to ensure that a proper and timely design and proposal are prepared.
•Follows up with the technical team for the price calculations and preparation of technical and commercial bids including requisite documentation.
•Engages with the operation team to ensure all the information gathered and agreed during the sales cycle is successfully implemented.


Candidate Requirements

•Minimum 5 years experience in Sales within West Africa Market with solid knowledge in the Security, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting Industry.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the customer requirement
•Excellent in negotiation skill, analytical thinker and can use tools like excel and power point to develop analysis about competition and market trend, and then present it as business case.
•French Speaking
