1. Candidate should have a good working relationship with consultants.
2. Capable of identifying new opportunities and securing projects in the region
3. Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to secure new business.
4. Manage and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships with customers.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. The candidate must achieve the sales target.
7. Communication skills: including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients.
8. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
9. Collaboration to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis within the field.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate reports for management and review.
12. Create comprehensive project proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and project timelines. Present proposals to clients and address their questions and concerns.
13. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and challenges.
14. Strong connection with end user, consultant, contractor, and potential customers.
