Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, architectural, and commercial sectors.
Engage with clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable lighting solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in lighting, electrical, or construction-related industries.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss specifications and lighting design requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with lighting design tools (e.g., DIALux, Relux) is a plus
