Job Description

- Main task will be to promote our business in every form to ensure promotion and sales. Primary responsibility is to realize sales targets and execute the sales strategy as it’s been laid out.
- Will maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times by administrating date in the available CRM-system.
- Will visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that will fits with customers’ requirements.
- Will secure customer generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for road, air & ocean freight, all internally and externally. Your sales activities will be divided between primarily outside sales (i.e. customer visits) and inside sales (i.e. acquisition by phone).
- Will advise your customer and propose custom-made services according to their requirements.
- Will participate in the elaboration of the sales offer and discuss with the customer the terms and conditions of the contract. For that purpose, will negotiate the prices according to the pricing policy of our group. You will ensure the follow-up of the sale until the payment and you will take part in the commercial management and settlement of claims and litigations.
- Will participate in the definition of business strategy and corporate marketing. As the ambassador of the company to customers, you will follow and analyze the economic and social changes of your perimeter and raise the relevant information to your hierarchy. You actively participate in sharing best practices with the rest of the sales team.
- Will define and propose Commercial Action Plan with the General Manager.
- Will closely work with the customer service team to develop supply chain solutions.
- Will negotiate with suppliers the best conditions adapted to customers.
- Will participate in the management of commercial disputes.
- Should ensure a competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies.

•In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
•Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
•Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
•Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
•Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
•Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships
