Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct customers by escorting them to the counters; suggesting items.
Advise customers by providing information on products.
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Sell products by establishing contact developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions, and providing products.
Qualification & Requirements:
1-year experience in sales
