Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and vendors within the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and foster repeat business.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
Contribute insights and ideas to company-wide discussions on growth plans and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the HVAC or refrigeration industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure favorable terms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.
