Responsibilities:
Built a remarkably close relationship with clients by providing the best service possible and understanding their conditions and capacity in the assigned market.
Develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication system and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
Discover new customers and increase revenue by introducing the company's products and services.
Negotiate tender and contract terms.
Managing inquires with appropriate price.
Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
Process sales orders and monitor shipment status
Send order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and customers on shipment status.
Follow up on client comments after the sale
Update CRM on day-to-day basis
Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken & written)
Understanding of bearings is an advantage
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
Excellent organizational skills including multitasking and strict attention to detail
Can work under pressure and make split-second decisions
Following directions and being able to learn new things
Education: Bachelor’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar role
