As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our wide range of premium corporate gift solutions to clients across the UAE.
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, valid UAE driving License and a proven sales track record are essential. This is a full time job, working mostly outside office, meeting potential clients, closing deals towards achieving monthly targets.
Salary: Salary + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
•Visit businesses across Dubai and other Emirates to identify and pitch potential clients to actively generate new business opportunities
•Generate new leads and convert them into sales
•Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
•Proactively generate and follow up on new business leads
•Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
•Understand client needs and offer creative gifting solutions
•Conduct client meetings and presentations
•Prepare and present proposals and quotations
•Meet sales targets and KPIs
•Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
•Conduct regular client visits across Dubai and surrounding areas
•Managing sales processes from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
•Keep up with the latest trends in the Corporate Gifts industry and bring fresh ideas to the table
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
•Proven experience in UAE Sales or Marketing (experience in corporate gifting or related industry is a plus)
•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
•Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
•Proven ability to sell and generate new business
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
•Ability to think strategically to meet the clients’ needs
•Able to plan and self-manage workload and priorities, even when working under pressure, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
