Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities for freight and logistics services.
- Meet potential clients to present service offerings (transport, warehousing, shipping, etc.).
- Build strong client relationships to grow and retain business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), warehousing, and transportation services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
