We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling payment solutions on behalf of a leading bank. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting tailored payment solutions, and closing contracts to meet a monthly target of 12 sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities1.Sales Target Achievement:•Achieve a monthly target of 12 sales contracts for the bank’s payment solutions (e.g., POS terminals, payment gateways, or merchant accounts).•Proactively identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.2.Customer Engagement:•Build relationships with small businesses, retailers, and merchants to understand their payment needs.•Present customized payment solutions and value propositions to clients.3.Market Development:•Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.•Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.4.Reporting and Doentation:•Submit daily and weekly sales reports, including progress on contracts.•Ensure proper doentation of signed contracts and compliance with bank requirements.5.Collaboration:•Work closely with the bank’s support team to facilitate onboarding and integration of clients.•Provide feedback on client requirements to improve service offerings.
Qualifications•Proven experience in sales, preferably in payment solutions, banking, or financial services.•Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.•Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.•Familiarity with POS systems, payment gateways, or merchant services is a plus.•High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
