Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Engage with prospective clients to explain services and provide quotations.
Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Reception Duties:
Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or front-office roles, preferably in the logistics or service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
