Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be the face of our company for SMEs, understanding their needs and recommending SAP ERP solutions that transform their business operations. With your expert knowledge and communication skills, you will create compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on SAP ERP solutions and services.
Create detailed proposal doents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Negotia deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed month sales targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the technology or ERP solutions sector.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP solutions and their application in SMEs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Valid UAE driving license and own a car
