The Real Estate Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth and success. The inbent will be responsible in bringing in sales and overseeing and motivating our Sales Associates, driving their sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead mentor and coach the real estate associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to attract potential clients.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to adapt our strategies accordingly.
•Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
•Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
•Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
•Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership or managerial role.
•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
•Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
•Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
