As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of sales experience in the courier industry and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a territory sales plan that aligns with the overall organizational sales strategy.
Identify and prioritize key accounts, prospects, and geographic areas for sales growth.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory.
Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and cultivate new relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of sales experience in the courier industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the logistics and courier industry.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
