Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the MENA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater treatment sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government bodies, EPC contractors, and industrial plants.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to potential clients.
2. Customer & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
3. Team & Channel Management:
Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable) or collaborate with distributors and agents. Train partners and clients on product applications and benefits.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
4. Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and expo laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in sales of wat treatment chemicals, with a proven track record in the MENA region.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of coagulants, flocculants and other wastewater treatment chemicals.
Skills:Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently (up to 50%).
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
