The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the frozen seafood industry, with a proven track record in sales and marketing strategy development. This role will focus on growing the market share, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns for frozen seafood products.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in the frozen seafood or food industry.
Strong understanding of seafood products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with analytics and marketing tools is a plus.
