Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategies.
Support branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in sales a marketing roles, with at least 3–5 years in managerial position.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
