As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with our design services. You will leverage your knowledge of interior design trends and products to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the design process.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and design concepts to provide expert guidance to clients.
Consultation: Conduct design consultations, offering tailored solutions that align with clients’ visions and budgets.
Proposal Preparation: Create and present detailed design proposals, including mood boards, layouts, and product recommendations.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or referrals.
Showroom Management: Assist in the management of the showroom, ensuring products are displayed effectively and remain stocked.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience, ideally in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
