Job Description:
As a Sales Manager in the FMCG sector, your role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the effective distribution of products within the designated market. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets set by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales Supervisor and representatives.
Set individual sales targets and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales process from inception to completion, including order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on sales performance.
Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:
Monitor industry trends and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding market opportunities and challenges.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry or related field.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead a sales team effectively.
