We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager with a passion for the restaurant industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing sales teams in the UAE’s competitive F&B sector. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple restaurant locations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust sales tactics as needed.
CRM & Systems Management: Oversee CRM and POS systems to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and forecasting. Improve processes for better efficiency and customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including detailed analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Team Leadership: Lead and support a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to achieve sales targets.
Training & Development: Organize training sessions for front-line staff and managers on upselling, customer service, and product knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Inventory & Order Management: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective stock management, reducing waste, and optimizing menu offerings based on sales trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE, ideally within the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, including customer preferences and local trends in the restaurant sector.
Proven ability to manage and improve sales performance, with experience in sales strategy, pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
Proficiency with restaurant management software, CRM systems, and POS systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving business objectives and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
