Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing IW solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote business growth.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Manage procurement processes and activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions to optimize procurement costs
Bachelor degree in Engineering- Civ
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Engineering Sales and Procurement with atleast 5 years of experience in local market.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and procurement within the construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CAD and MS Office
KSE membership is preferable
Bilingual
