Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Rental Car Agent to join our team. The Rental Car Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, processing rental agreements, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clientele.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with rental inquiries, vehicle selection, and booking reservations
Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure they are properly cleaned and fueled before rental
Provide information on rental terms, insurance options, and additional services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized rental office and lot area
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
