Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and issues post-sale, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
Handle any changes, cancellations, or modifications to travel itineraries, ensuring smooth operations for the client.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve post-sales concerns.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Assist with cross-selling and upselling additional travel services where appropriate.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Travel experience and knowledge of popular destinations and travel logistics.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
