JAMO Magazine is a premier publication at the forefront of the fashion industry, featuring the latest trends, style inspiration, and industry insights. We are looking for driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our client base, increase ad sales, and foster relationships with key players in the fashion world.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for JAMO Magazine, you will be responsible for driving revenue through advertising and partnership opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual who can identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals with fashion brands, designers, and retailers. You will also play a key role in promoting our magazine to advertisers and ensuring that clients see value in partnering with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential advertisers and sponsors in the fashion industry and beyond.
Client Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ranging from fashion brands to luxury retailers and beauty companies.
Sales Pitching: Create tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of advertising in [Fashion Magazine Name].
Closing Deals: Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and their advertising campaigns are executed smoothly.
Market Research: Stay informed about trends in fashion, publishing, and advertising to better tailor pitches and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial, design, and marketing teams to align advertising and editorial content where necessary.
Reporting: Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide management with reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fashion, media, or publishing industries.
Strong network within the fashion or lifestyle sector is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools preferred.
