Build and maintain strong relationship with existing key customers.
Generating revenue through proactive service sales through all channels.
Deal with technical inquiries from customers to colleagues whether in the capacity of your own knowledge or by assisting experts in providing the clarification.
Focusing on growing and developing existing key client accounts.
Attract new businesses which are currently not covered by our scope of supply, especially for key accounts.
Build up good relationship with prospective customers.
Ensure and follow-up on the delivery of services to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up and supervise the preparation of quotatio doents submitted to key customers.
Follow up on due payments and ensure that the money is received on time or before due date in compliance with the agreed payment terms.
Conduct regular meetings with clients with regards to prospective business opportunities and submit reports to the Service Manager.
Maintain minutes on feedback received from customer meetings.
Prepare regular reports of progress and revenue forecasts required by management.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain the company’s reputation.
Inform and explain solutions that customers meet their objectives.
Sign new service contracts to increase business base and smooth sales pipeline.
5 years of client management experience
Industry knowledge
Relative experience in dealing with government authorities is a plus
Technical background experience
Customer Service Experience
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft office with emphasis on superior excel skills.
