Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetics and pharmaceutical products to existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Present, promote, and sell products to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated territory.
Provide accurate market feedback and insights to the management team.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
Strong understanding of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in any relevant tools, e.g., CRM software or Microsoft Office Suite.
