Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Selling our products
Manage and close inbound leads
Manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline
Manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle
Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
Show a high degree of self-motivation
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles
Can work independently and manage time, remotely
Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationshi
A strong understanding of Executive Search products is preferred
Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services.
Great presentation skills
Ability to interact at all levels of organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills
