A School Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons to help students achieve academic and personal growth. This role involves creating a positive learning environment, fostering student development, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the school administration.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines.
Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom activities.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Create a supportive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
Address individual learning needs and provide additional support where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
