Job Description:
* We’re looking for Female Arabic or Filipina Nationals.
* Legal secretarial support and administrative functions including; dictaphone and copy typing, scanning, archiving, photocopying, arrange meetings, take minutes etc.
* Production of high quality legal documents, letters and reports.
* Diary Management and Meeting Organisation.
* Organisation and administration of correspondence for Networks Legal.
* Liaising with internal and external clients.
* Managing databases and ensuring files are up to date (includes general filing, archiving, court filings etc.)
* Processing and monitoring invoices for payment.
* Requisitioning Purchase Orders.
* Provide administration support to team members to meet business demands.
* Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Key Skills:
* A demonstrable high level of competence and experience in a legal secretarial role.
* High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
* Fast typing speeds and Dictaphone typing skills (a typing speed test may be required).
* Exacting and fastidious attention to detail.
* Ability to accurately assemble and collate Booklets for Court.
* Ability to organise and manage high workload
* Flexible approach to working practices and workloads.
* A positive attitude and team working skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Engli both are preferred.
* The ability to be proactive and work independently.
* The ability to apply sensitivity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and to meet tight deadlines.
