Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient personal secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive. As a personal secretary, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our executives' schedules, managing their correspondence, and coordinating their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle Accounts task given
Screen and respond to incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting and prioritizing as necessary
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making
Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials
Track and follow up on action items and provide timely updates to executives


Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
With Accounts background
Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Professional and polished demeanor
