Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary to support our office operations and management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and clerical tasks, managing office communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.


Candidate Requirements

*Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

*Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

*High level of professionalism and a proactive approach.

*Ability to multitask and work independently.

*Must have a valid own visa (Spouse visa, Freelance visa, or any transferable visa).
