Urgently Hiring for Secretary Accountant .
We are a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a strong background in accounting and secretarial work to join our dynamic Technologies company. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand managing day to day administrative work and financial tasks, while ensuring seamless communication coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Maintain and update records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts and handle some petty cash.
Prepare VAT Filling.
Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
Secretarial Duties:
Managing the CEO's Schedule: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO ensuring efficient time management.
Correspondence Management : Handle emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the CEO drafting process.
Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Presentation & Report Preparation: Assist in preparing presentation, reports and other doents required by the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
Doent Management: Organize and maintain company records, contracts, and sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA , B. Com or M. Com.
Experience: 2 years of experience in UAE in an account, administrative, secretarial role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In MS- Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), accounting software (QuickBooks , etc.)
Communication Skills: Strong written ,and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external correspondence professionally.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially handling financial data, doents , and contracts.
Problem - Solving: Ability to work independently, anticipate challenges , and offer solutions proactively.
