Job Description

Requirement - Temporary JOB - 3 months (Female Staff Only,)

To assist manager in is daily activities and to ensure that all pending matters are completed on time as committed by him for smooth functioning the department.

Drafting Memo\'s, Letters , preparing presentations for effective communication between the employees.

Preparing Quotation, LPO and Invoice

Telephonic and email Coordination with clients and suppliers.

Assisting the Finance Manager on various jobs upon his request

Minimum Requirement :

Relevant work experience (high preference with CIVIL bacground)

Bachelor\'s Degree in Finan related

Experience and knowledge in MS Office.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) both in English, Hindi and Malayalam
