Responsibilities:

•Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
•Prepare and edit doents, reports, and presentations
•Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
•Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
•Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Requirements:
•2+ years of experience in an administrative role
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in a fast-paced office environment
•Knowledge of administrative software and systems
•Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
•With pleasing personality
