Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular security patrols to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activities.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security threats.
Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
Enforce company security policies and regulations.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including alarms, disturbances, or medical situations.
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors as needed.
Conduct security checks on equipment, doors, windows, and gates.
Be prepared to act calmly and effectively in high-stress situations.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
Possession of a valid security guard license or certification.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Excellent observational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a security team.
Physical fitness and the capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Understanding of legal guidelines and regulations for security operations.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Strong integrity, honesty, and a commitment to confidentiality.
