We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations on site. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on-site.
Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety standards.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or breaches.
Maintain detailed reports of daily security activities and incidents.
Train and mentor security staff to ensure compliance with procedures.
Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
Valid UAE Security Supervisor certificati is preferred.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
Physical fitness and the ability to patrol as required.
