Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in handling company accounts
• Know how to use Tally ERP - less supervision
• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge about Cashflow and Bank reconciliation
Overall Purpose of the Job (Accountabilities):
To carry out the Accounting and Finance tasks according to the company policies and Accounting Policies pursued by the company.
General accounting includes Cashflow and Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivables, Accounts payable, and supporting the finance manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department and supervise company assets and cash in a timely and accurate manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Accounts payable (Invoice matching, Payment issuance, Contracts filing, monthly trial balance, and cash flow forecast)
• Responsible for and preparing the respective payment vouchers. and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process & tax filing process.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports (Cash flow, Bank reconciliation, and any other reports required by management)
