We are looking for a RUSSIAN speaker only, versatile, well-versed, and experienced Senior accountant to join our dynamically expanding team. The right candidate will have experience in Customer Billings, accounts reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting, preparing quotations (RFQ).
Main responsibilities include:
· Preparing accurate and valid sales invoices and submitting to client on a timely basis.
· Recording and reconciling assigned accounts in ZOHO.
· Updating receivables and related ledger on a weekly basis and follow up on collection.
· Preparing quotations in a timely manner and follow up with clients.
· Follow ups with intercompany /related parties, and intercompany reconciliations.
· Maintaining assigned schedules as per Group and audit requirements.
· Ensuring business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting
Principles.
· Working closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
· Month-end closing for the assigned entities.
· Assisting with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and
related notes.
· Researching and analyze expense variances for company management.
Qualifications
. Russian speaker
· Professional accounting experience
· Bachelor's / master’s degree in accounting, CMA, CPA or equivalent degree.
· Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & ZOHO.
