We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee all financial aspects of our company's transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently.
•Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payment and collection.
•Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders.
•Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
•Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
•Utilize financial software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
•Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
•Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
•Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
•5-8 years of experience in an accounting role, with demonstrated proficiency in recording financial transactions, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
•Experience with financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive financial information.
