Duties and Responsibilities
•Preparation of accounting journals and evaluating reports to always ensure the integrity of the company's financial health.
•Assisting in auditing and taxation processes of the company.
•To review and rectify the entries done by the junior staff.
•Help the company liaise with other companies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
•Ensure payments are uploaded and processed.
•Preparation of Tax returns and then remitting and filing after approval to FTA
•Ensure all accounting treatments are in accordance with the IFRS. All deviations are discussed and agreed with the management.
•Ensure there are no errors in any of the trial balances (TBs) under your responsibility.
•Review TB monthly and ensure all Balance Sheet (BS) schedules are complete and accurate.
•Ensuring the supporting doentation filing for VAT
•Preparation of All the schedules for prepaid expenses, Liabilities and Assets of the company
