We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager that will analyses every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
· Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
· Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
· Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
· Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
· Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
· Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
· Analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
· Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
· Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
· Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
· Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedure
· Manage account assistants.
5+ year experience as a Finance manager,
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Proficient user of finance software
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Transferable Iqama
