1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2. 5+ years experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit.
3. Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
4. Strong financial analysis skills.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel & other applications related to finance and accounting.
7. Ability to work effectively with little to no supervision.
8. Trustworthy & ability to maintain the highest level of confidenti information & professionalism.
