We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial management expertise, with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth financial operations. Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
* Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments
* Manage cost control, revenue tracking, and financial analysis
* Support management with insights for financial planning and decision-making
* Ensure timely payroll processing and expense management
* Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all financial data
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (Hospitality experience is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
* Qatar experience preferred but not required
* Candidates already residing in Qatar are preferred
* Candidates from India willing to relocate may also apply
