You will be responsible for building complex financial models, including DCF and IRR sensitivity analysis, to assess investment returns and exit scenarios. Key duties include conducting comprehensive due diligence, identifying new transaction opportunities, and structuring deals such as REITs, funds, and joint ventures. You will coordinate with internal legal and finance teams and external advisors to manage doentation like NDAs and SPAs. Additionally, you will monitor portfolio performance and maintain the investment pipeline, providing periodic reporting and dashboards to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
